This Payment Policy explains the terms related to payments for catering services provided by DINDIGUL BIRYANI. By booking our services, you agree to the conditions mentioned below.

1. Booking Confirmation & Advance Payment

  • All catering bookings are confirmed only after receiving an advance payment.
  • The advance payment is required to block your event date and begin preparation.
  • Without advance payment, the booking will be considered incomplete and not confirmed.

2. Payment Structure

Our standard payment process is as follows:

  • Advance Payment: Required at the time of booking confirmation
  • Balance Payment: Must be completed before or on the event day
  • Final payment terms may vary depending on event size and package selected

We will clearly communicate the total cost before confirming your booking.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment modes:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Bank Transfer
  • Cash (subject to agreement for event day settlement)

We do not collect or store any credit/debit card details on our website.

4. Pricing Terms

  • Prices are based on menu selection, guest count, event type, and location
  • Any additional requirements or last-minute changes may affect final pricing
  • All pricing will be clearly discussed and agreed before confirmation

5. Non-Refundable Policy

  • Once a booking is confirmed and advance payment is received, the order is considered final and reserved for your event date.
  • Due to preparation, ingredient procurement, manpower allocation, and date blocking, all confirmed bookings are non-refundable.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations, changes, or no-shows after confirmation.
  • In rare cases, management may consider rescheduling based on availability, but it is not guaranteed.

6. Payment Responsibility

  • The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring timely payment.
  • Delays in payment may result in postponement or cancellation of the booking.
  • Service will only be provided after full payment confirmation.

7. Invoice & Billing

  • We can provide billing details upon request.
  • All transactions are recorded for service and reference purposes.
  • GST or applicable taxes (if any) will be communicated during booking.

8. Cancellation & Changes Impact on Payment

  • Since each booking is planned and resources are allocated in advance, payments are linked to event preparation.
  • Any changes in date, menu, or guest count must be informed in advance.
  • Significant changes may affect pricing and availability.

9. Security of Payments

  • All payments are handled through trusted and secure banking/UPI systems.
  • We ensure safe handling of payment-related communication.
  • Customers are advised not to share sensitive financial details over unsecured platforms.
